Piping Fabrication

Pipe spool is to transfer fuilds from one place to another through closed circuit always in pressure mode used in industries such as Petrochemicals, Power plant, Water treatment facilities and refinery , oil and gas Industry. Pipe spools are fabricated from Piping isometrics are 3D drawings that provide all the information needed for fabricating and erecting piping. Piping ISometrics can be used for pipe fit up by providing details such as: Pipe dimensions: Length, width, rotations and height. Piping Isometrics will provide additional informations on other items such as Fittings and valve types and locations: Drawing will provide types of fittings and valves used, and where they are located. Pipe spools are fabricated based on information provided in the drawings for welding such as weld joints, type of welding (Fillet weld, Butt weld, Lap Joint), Our Engineers and fitters have more experience in reviewing piping isometric drawings properly and prepare fitup , Offering fitup inspection to quality department and continous monitoring on welding of spools without deforming from original, which are critical for Stainless steel pipe spools which are porn to deform when high heat generation during welding process.
